Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, equipment, and assets. The candidate will work closely with our maintenance team, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and resolve all administrative affairs and issues of all departments particularly in night shift.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work.
  • Manage maintenance requests and work orders.
  • Oversee vendors and contractors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective maintenance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Minimum Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant working experience in healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills.
  • Strong decision-making and judgment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
