Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Vice President Direct Sales professional to join our organization.

This role will be responsible for formulating and executing the direct sales strategy, ensuring effective management of alternate sales and joint shops functions. The incumbent will identify new market opportunities, lead the sales team in executing commercial and service targets, and oversee a network of 200 shops nationwide to implement customer experience strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, and will possess key functional capabilities such as proficiency in managing business opportunities, sales management & operations, project management related to telecommunications, customer experience service standards implementation, and technology savvy.

The role will involve formulating and executing effective go-to-market plans for new products and services, developing and overseeing budgets, forecasts, and sales plans, and directing the Project Management Office (PMO) function for the entire sales department.
