Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for offering Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, including Cloud Storage and backup solutions, to C-level executives in the IT industry primarily based in the US and Canada. The role involves fulfilling project requirements and objectives using excellent presentation skills, communication skills, product knowledge, strong selling and closing skills, and team leadership.

Requirements:
  1. Actively engage in daily activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and product offerings.
  2. Present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers.
  3. Create and deliver compelling technical presentations during online sales meetings.
  4. Build productive internal and external relationships, focusing on teamwork and keeping colleagues updated on product information.
  5. Prepare compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical details.
  6. Coordinate with customers for documentation, datasheets, catalogs, etc.
  7. Follow up diligently with customers to close deals.
  8. Have basic knowledge of computer hardware components.
  9. Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
  10. Knowledge of Data Center solutions is a plus.
  11. Possess a sales-oriented attitude and expertise.
  12. Capable of selling IT products to clients in the US and Canada.
  13. Understand and sell data center products, cloud-based solutions, and storage/back-up appliances.
  14. Package and price services and products according to client needs.
  15. Demonstrate experience in achieving sales targets.
  16. Convert qualified leads into opportunities and close sales.
  17. Build pipelines with quality leads.
  18. Develop relationships with clients to gain their confidence.
  19. Have an interest in IT technology and the industry.
  20. Experience selling to C- and D-level executives.
  21. Be curious about business operations and contributing to organizational success.
  22. Maintain a positive, authentic, solution-oriented, team-player attitude with a sense of humor.
  23. Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  24. Arrange and conduct product training sessions.
Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B IT product sales in the US, Canada, and EU markets.
  • Strong selling and closing skills, presentation skills, technical knowledge, leadership, and team management skills.
