Strategic Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Consultant. This role plays a crucial part in establishing strong relationships with customers and delivering value during the initial stages of their journey with us.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional relationship-building abilities with customers.
Key responsibilities include guiding new customers through hardware/software setup and system training, monitoring customer progress, and resolving complex issues with cross-functional teams.
To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in a customer-facing position (sales or support), demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce, and be able to utilize data to inform engagement plans.
A clear understanding of what success looks like for customers and the organization is also required. Additionally, effective listening and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail are necessary.
This role requires a strong business background, including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills. We are seeking someone who is receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
