We are seeking a highly skilled Management Consultant to provide strategic advisory services to clients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as a functional and process lead, supporting Asset Management Initiatives for clients. This role involves providing direct consultative support, fostering positive client relationships, and making recommendations for improved business processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Support clients in utilizing asset management tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage workload scheduling for on-site resources.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing knowledge and assistance in Process Improvement, Change Management, and data analysis.
  • Assist clients and on-site resources with data collection and analysis.
  • Track and report on project status to the Project Manager.
Requirements
  • 2 years of managing resources and performing data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience working on client sites.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities and potentially multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed team environment.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
  • MBA or MS in Finance, Management, or HR preferred.
