Corporate Affairs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Affairs Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate law, preferably in an audit firm, and be interested in making corporate & secretarial affairs their career path.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all legal, corporate affairs, and company secretarial works. This includes overseeing the formation of companies, filing statutory returns, drafting agreements, and preparing minutes of statutory meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the formation of companies and filing statutory returns
  • Drafting agreements and preparing minutes of statutory meetings
  • Providing compliance and advisory services covering corporate and secretarial services

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may include:

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of company information
  2. Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve corporate governance
  4. Providing guidance on corporate law and secretarial matters to colleagues and stakeholders
