Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced legal professional with a proven track record of success to fill the role of Senior Corporate Manager. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience and 5 years of bar enrollment.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for vetting and reviewing agreements/contracts, ensuring that they serve the company's interests and providing timely professional legal advice.
">This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for corporate law and stay updated on amendments to laws, rules, and regulations.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Vetting and reviewing agreements/contracts, including service level agreements, gas sale and purchase agreements, and contracts of procured services.">
- Ensuring that agreements serve the company's interests and providing timely professional legal advice.">
- Staying updated on amendments to laws, rules, and regulations and evaluating their probable effect on company operations and contracts.">
- Coordinating with various departments to resolve issues related to contract drafting or execution.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma/diploma in corporate law and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
">A Master's degree in Law (LLM) is considered an added advantage.
