Assistant Manager – Corporate Affairs

Location: Karachi

Gender: Open to all (female candidates encouraged to apply)

Qualification: Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience: 1–6 years

Preferred Age Range: 26–31 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Periodically review company policies to ensure their applicability, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Recommend and suggest revisions to policies in consultation with the Company Secretary when required.
  • Track and monitor review timelines for each policy, ensuring timely escalation to the Company Secretary for presentation before the relevant committee or Board.
  • Align company policies with regulatory, statutory, and governance changes applicable from time to time.
  • Benchmark and update internal policies in line with leading industry practices and good governance standards.
  • Support the Company Secretary in ensuring adherence to internal controls, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate documentation and reports for senior management and regulatory purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are communicated, implemented, and followed effectively across the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze regulatory guidelines and statutory frameworks.
  • Familiarity with governance standards and Board/Committee reporting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for policy drafting, reporting, and presentations.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

Pay: Rs150, Rs250,000.00 per month
