International Technical Recruitment Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong background in international recruitment for the telecom and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced agency environments, sourcing top-tier technical talent across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles across telecom and IT domains, including RF engineers, software developers, cloud architects, and network specialists.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates from international markets using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on international hiring.
- Prior experience working in a recruitment agency or consulting firm is mandatory.
- Proven success in recruiting for telecom and/or IT roles.
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
