Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of strategic people initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, enabling capability development, and ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on attracting, developing, retaining, and maximizing employee contributions.
  • Contribute to managing organizational transitions and help shape a culture that supports business goals.
  • Support business teams in executing core people processes such as performance management, salary reviews, job evaluations, and goal alignment.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to achieve team and individual goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Organizational Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, learning, or business partnership.
  • Ability to be proactive, adaptable, and respond quickly to changing market demands.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with employees, highlighting company values, career growth opportunities, and employee benefits.
  • Prior experience in matrix structured organizations is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with line managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders.
