Oracle CC&B Senior Functional Consultant Job Description

Job Description:

The role involves implementing the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solution for internal and external customers with high satisfaction, quality, and timeliness. Strong technical and functional knowledge is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of CC&B system configuration, development, and/or testing for products in the Utilities Industry.
  • Leading support and implementation efforts for CC&B at a large-scale organization.
  • Designing, configuring, developing, and implementing business processes.
  • Business Process Mapping and Analysis.
  • Effective organizational and leadership skills, including task prioritization, schedule management, and resource allocation.
  • Identifying key implementation issues and implementing solutions using CC&B functionality.
  • Management Skills.
  • Developing and integrating business processes.
  • Able to suggest and validate solution options for requirements and lead design with business teams.
  • Collaborating with technical teams throughout solution design, delivery, testing, and deployment.
  • Team player expected to assist project teams with functional issues during operations and project implementation.
  • Ability to lead teams or manage across teams.
  • Tech setup regarding meter installation, reading, route design, maintenance, business reporting, billing, accounts receivable, and related system interfaces.
  • Experience with application integration testing, real-time applications solutions.
  • Billing and rates experience.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced Metering Infrastructure and MDM awareness.]

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in functional roles and project management.
  • Working experience with Oracle CC&B Version 2.x.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's in Computer Science.
  • Technical and functional knowledge of CC&B.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
