Senior Sales Executive

Fiberlink Pvt. LTD is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to maximize sales and conversion percentages.

  1. The ideal candidate will create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales.
  2. He/She will train, motivate, and evaluate coworkers.
  3. The Senior Sales Executive will organize daily activities, including coworker schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set specific goals for store performance, customer satisfaction, and coworker development.
  • Gauge performance by monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with coworkers within the partnership store.
  • Review terminated customers and communicate with them to promote timely payments.

  • Able to work both in a team and independently.
  • Strong communication skills with solid business-related knowledge.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is required.
  • Skills in writing proposals, sales promotion, lead generation, identifying sales opportunities, closing, selling skills, sales forecasting, direct sales, and account mapping are essential.
