Key Role: Lead Conversion Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to oversee and manage all student inquiries, leads, and admissions processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and qualify leads to assess student eligibility, interest, and alignment with university programs.
  • Follow up consistently with leads through scheduled communication to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Conduct admissions interviews, counselling sessions, and provide program guidance to prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain detailed records of all leads, touchpoints, and admission statuses using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the quality of leads and track campaign ROI.
  • Provide feedback to the admissions committee to assist in selecting suitable candidates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead performance, admissions trends, and conversion metrics.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time-management skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
