We're Hiring: Admissions & Lead Conversion Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions & Lead Conversion Manager to oversee and manage all student inquiries, leads, and admissions processes.

This individual will play a critical role in converting qualified leads into successful student enrollments while ensuring the university admits high-quality, well-matched students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all prospective student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads to assess student eligibility, interest, and alignment with university programs.
  • Follow up consistently with leads through scheduled communication to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Conduct admissions interviews, counselling sessions, and provide program guidance to prospective students and parents.
  • Maintain detailed records of all leads, touchpoints, and admission statuses using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the quality of leads and track campaign ROI.
  • Provide feedback to the admissions committee to assist in selecting suitable candidates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead performance, admissions trends, and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure all admissions policies and procedures are followed with integrity and transparency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (Education, Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in student admissions, sales, or counselling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed conversion targets
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools
  • Fluent in English and local language(s)

Preferred:

  • Experience in higher education or international student recruitment
  • Knowledge of visa, scholarship, or educational finance processes
  • Counselling certification is a plus

Key KPIs:

  • Lead response time (within 1–2 hours)
  • Lead-to-admission conversion rate
  • Interview-to-offer conversion ratio
  • Lead follow-up consistency
