The Role

Talent Acquisition Expertise

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, leveraging sourcing tools, social media, career events, and third-party partnerships to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored solutions that ensure high-quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional and managerial level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant data in the applicant tracking system, supporting reporting and continuous process improvement.
  • Contribute to global and regional talent initiatives, including projects focused on Diversity & Inclusion, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment process excellence.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an autonomous, senior-level recruitment role, preferably with hands-on expertise in managing agency and in-house recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and talent pipelining.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within a multinational company context.
