IT Infrastructure Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT infrastructure specialist to manage and maintain our organization's technology assets.

This is an onsite role based in Lahore, with evening and night shift hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network and systems administration, with hands-on experience in firewalls, complex network environments, and Microsoft technologies.

  1. Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless systems.
  2. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and other security systems.
  3. Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.
  4. Ensure system performance, availability, and security across all platforms.
  5. Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents during shift hours.
  6. Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
  7. Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other IT staff to support users and resolve technical issues.
  9. Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall management, and network security.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, MCSE) are preferred.
