Ecommerce Product Discovery Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to integrate, implement, and support AI-powered product discovery and search solutions for global companies in various industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with leading brands to build high-performance digital assistants, configurators, and search engines that optimize customer experiences, improving conversions, boosting average order value, and scaling personalized shopping experiences across regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support new customers by building assistants, configurators, and search solutions while training and enabling them to self-manage their solution.
  2. Consult with business stakeholders as a subject matter expert on what makes a good assistant, conversation – delivering a compelling customer experience while guiding customers to an in-the-box solution within the platform.
  3. Map data sets to conversational flow and optimize based on product discovery best practices.
  4. Interact with product, support, and development teams to accomplish daily activities.
  5. Develop documentation based on current and future states of customer implementations.
  6. Identify risks and potential blockers within projects and proactively mitigate.
  7. Demonstrate a high level of competency in the product discovery platform and continually stay up-to-date with industry trends, and latest features and functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience delivering complex projects/software on or before time
  • Experience in delivering e-commerce solutions and driving value through industry best practices
  • Familiarity in conversational design of e-commerce platforms
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Ability to explain technical concepts with ease and simplicity to any audience
