Job Overview

About the Role:

This key position supports the Director and General Manager of Marketing in a variety of administrative tasks. The role involves handling email correspondence, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and planning office events.

  • This job requires exceptional organizational and time management skills to maintain productivity while working independently or as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Email Management: Read, monitor, and respond to emails on behalf of the ED & GM Marketing.
  2. Phone Handling: Answer calls and handle queries efficiently.
  3. Correspondence Preparation: Prepare correspondence for the ED & GM Marketing.
  4. Delegate Work: Delegate work in the absence of ED & GM Marketing.
  5. Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Daily Diary Management: Manage the daily diary of ED & GM Marketing.
  7. Meetings and Minutes: Organize meetings and make minutes.
  8. Travel Arrangements: Organize travel arrangements.
  9. Office Events: Plan, organize, and manage office events.
  10. Reports and Summaries: Write reports, executive summaries, and newsletters.
  11. Folders and Stationery: Prepare folders for meetings and source stationery and office equipment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Drafting emails and letters.
  • Communicating with clients and vendors along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
