We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to Director to support our senior leadership in day-to-day operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for the Director.
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution of action items.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience 4 years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
