The Role

We are seeking highly skilled Reservation and Ticketing agents to join our 24/7 Flight Operations Team.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for handling complex flight bookings and ticket issuances that cannot be automated.

You will work closely with our automation systems to monitor and audit their performance, ensuring they continue to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modification of Flight Reservations: You will modify existing reservations and tickets to ensure compliance with airline rules and regulations.
  • Fare Management: You will apply the best fares possible for domestic and international flights, taking into account contract fares, snap codes, and other airlines' rules.
  • Multitasking: You will perform quality control checks to ensure all bookings adhere to flight rules, while also monitoring and identifying issues with our booking and ticketing systems.
  • Profile Creation and Invoicing: You will create and update profiles and invoices for our clients.
  • PNR Building and Itinerary Creation: You will build PNRs (Passenger Name Records) and create itineraries for our clients, ensuring that all tickets are issued by deadlines.
  • Booking and Ticketing Optimization: You will reissue, void, cancel, and re-book flights to gain additional savings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work with multiple consolidators globally in multiple BSPs (Billing and Settlement Plans) to gain the highest level of commission or the lowest fare possible for a given booking.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English at a B2 level is required.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role from an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or flights background is necessary.
  • Awareness of the Travel Industry: Awareness and experience in the travel industry are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are a must-have for this role.
  • Military Service Completion: Military service completion or exemption is necessary.
  • Flexibility: The candidate should be flexible with rotational shifts and days off.
  • Night Shifts: Males must be flexible with night and overnight shifts.
