Job Description

We are seeking a professional customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with exceptional professionalism and empathy.

You will resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, utilizing your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records using CRM tools, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.

To excel in this role, you must meet performance KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the team. This involves working collaboratively with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and providing support when needed.

In terms of technical requirements, fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Previous experience in customer service or call centers is highly valued, but not mandatory. You should also be comfortable working flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
