Job Purpose:

To lead the area and formulate a sales strategy for assigned territory or products in food services division.

This involves developing new markets and accounts by utilizing current relationships and building new relationships in the food service channel.

The ideal candidate will develop a front-line relationship with assigned customers, coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services, and identify market potential to establish new accounts and achieve sales targets.

The goal is to achieve food service sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals while providing superior customer services to clients.

Ambitious sales professionals are required to activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.

They will maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness, and cost.

Maintaining a permanent understanding of the market situation including existing technologies and trends is essential.

The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with other divisions/food clients, demonstrate a proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results, and sell food to restaurants, caterers, event planners, etc.

Education: Graduate

Experience: 3-6 years relevant experience preferred.
