Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key partner in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with top talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, and job boards.
  2. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop impactful recruitment strategies.
  3. Candidate Experience Enhancement: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with clear, timely communication.
  4. Onboarding & Retention Support: Contribute to onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration for new hires, boosting long-term retention.
