System Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our IT team as a System Support Specialist. This role involves managing, maintaining, and enhancing our IT infrastructure and business-critical applications used in our operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, including set up, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting our systems, providing timely support to end-users and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless workflow integration, automation, and minimal downtime.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively address hardware, software, or network issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
  • User Training and Documentation: Provide training and develop system documentation, SOPs, and support materials for users.
  • Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Security and Compliance: Uphold IT security best practices and ensure systems comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BPO Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with BPO systems like Five9, Avaya, Genesys, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM/ERP administration and troubleshooting, foundational knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Troubleshooting skills for Windows, VoIP, and telephony systems.
