Job Description:

We are seeking a Proactive Lead Generation Specialist skilled at driving growth through innovative sales strategies and lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation plans utilizing Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  2. Prospecting: Identify and target high-value prospects through thorough research and analysis.
  3. Database Management: Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of potential leads and prospects.
  4. Outreach: Establish relationships with potential clients through personalized outreach efforts.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up communications to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve lead generation outcomes.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular reporting and insights on lead generation activities to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and Sales Navigator.
  4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to streamline lead generation processes.
  5. Persistent: Ability to persist and follow-through without discouragement.
  6. Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals.
