Grooming & Training Manager Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of field teams into high-impact brand ambassadors for leading FMCG brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for promoters, and field teams
  • Conduct grooming sessions focused on communication, appearance, and customer interaction
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and activation goals
  • Monitor field performance and identify training gaps through field visits and feedback Collaborate with brand, HR, and operations teams to develop tailored training content
  • Lead onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs across regions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, grooming, or HR development (preferably in FMCG or retail activation)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Field-oriented mindset with experience in brand activation environments
  • Creative thinker with a passion for motivating and developing teams
