Bid and Proposal Coordinator Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Bid and Proposal Coordinator to support our proposal writing and research efforts. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, as well as experience in managing bid processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of proposals that showcase our capabilities and expertise.
- Assist with market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate the bid process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the written proposal, focusing on content and presentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bids, responding to queries as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in writing business proposals or bidding departments is preferred.
- Strong research skills, particularly in sourcing out RFPs.
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel and proficiency in other MS Office tools (Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with bidding and RFP processes is a plus.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to construct high-quality narratives and convey complex ideas simply and clearly.
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to the demands of the department.
- Ability to work proactively and creatively under pressure.
