Job Title: Proposal Developer

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality, compelling bid responses and proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality, tailored proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
  • Research eligibility criteria, client requirements, and project scopes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect data, case studies, and technical input for proposals.
  • Track and report proposal outcomes, maintaining a knowledge base of successful submissions and lessons learned.
  • Respond to client queries and clarifications during and after the bidding process.
  • Interpret tender documents and client specifications to ensure complete and compliant responses.
  • Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal content to meet client expectations and submission requirements.
  • Track proposal progress, manage submission timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Must have a degree in English language & Literature.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bid/tender writing, proposal development, or procurement.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
