Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned software professional to lead our development team in creating robust server applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net and experience with Restful APIs, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software engineers and guide them towards project goals.
  • Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks effectively.
  • Write clean, efficient code and unit tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain systems by fixing existing issues and updating issue tracking software.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common objectives.
  • Tune your code for enhanced security and performance.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide status updates regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the professional industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, tools, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, and Web API.
  • Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of security standards and compliance.
  • Experience with relational and schemaless databases.
  • Ability to create database structures and write unit tests.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like GitHub and JIRA.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
  • Flexible attitude and strong presentation skills.
