About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of sales engagements within a target market, focusing on developing emerging customer accounts and prospects based on our product/services portfolio and market potential.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop comprehensive solution offers and proposals that meet customer requirements using a value-based pricing model.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth issue resolution and achieve mutually beneficial objectives within agreed timelines.
  • Drive sales activities to secure customer commitment, enhance momentum, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Oversee the effective execution of sales activity, funnel, and revenue commitment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through consultative selling techniques.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the customer/prospect environment to understand political relationships and their impact on buying behaviors.
  • Design a competitive sales strategy to position us as the best in the market to meet customer objectives.
  • Apply a structured approach for identifying and measuring potential new business through accurate forecasting and assessment of probability of closure.
Required Skills
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Solution Sales.
  • Expertise in selling complex technology solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local and international Mobile Applications space.
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills with senior-level interfacing experience.
  • Ability to sell and articulate solutions sales.
  • Capacity to lead complex tenders and proposals.
  • Ability to meet or exceed Quota/Target assigned.
  • Bilingualism in English and Urdu (written and verbal).
