Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to oversee a team of account managers, driving growth and ensuring successful participation of key sellers in promotional campaigns. The role focuses on strategic account management, maximizing seller engagement, and ensuring optimal performance during campaigns and sales events.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers, aligning them with company goals and setting clear KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key sellers/brands, developing tailored strategies to maximize sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance platform engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and category teams to ensure top sellers participate in campaigns, driving promotions, ensuring product availability, and managing campaign performance to boost sales.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue by optimizing product pricing, stock levels, and product visibility.
  • Analyze data to assess seller performance, monitor GMV, and analyze campaign success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues, ensuring smooth execution of key seller operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of campaign management, product assortment, and pricing strategies in e-commerce.
  • Proven leadership experience, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
