Technical Manager Job Description

You will leverage your technical expertise in IM and related technologies, as well as project management skills, to successfully manage the delivery of project work, deliverables, and solutions for clients by leading technical team members to meet clients' technical and business objectives.

Your goal would be to provide a remarkable experience for the client and achieve a high level of client satisfaction.

  • You will be responsible and accountable for achieving assigned revenue targets.
  • You will be building and leading a team of reliable, trusted, competent players who can deliver quality results and help motivate and develop them.
Job Specification Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business (MIS), Engineering, or a related field.
  • The ability to fit into our company culture represented by our core values.
  • Proficiency in IM enterprise technologies.
  • Familiarity with core business functions. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, Consumer Packaged Goods industry, or medical clinical industry would be beneficial.
  • The ability to technically manage one large and several smaller projects concurrently and deliver timely and quality results for customers.
  • The skill to transform 'unstructured' customer requirements into technical requirements and specifications for validation by the client.
  • The commitment to positively influencing your team members and leading them on projects.
  • Good oral, written, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone or in person and facilitate sessions with customers/partners.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Overall competence in multiple disciplines including technical/business/sports, etc.
