The role of a Technical Project Manager is pivotal in the successful delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. This position involves leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of projects from ideation to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, quality assurance teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across multiple scrum teams and product lines.
  • Act as the primary contact between internal teams and partners, facilitating communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Implement Agile practices, manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure high performance across teams.
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project delivery, driving outcomes that meet business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines.
  • 4+ years of Software Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to managing complex technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience managing multiple scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on deadlines, budget, and quality.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (product, development, QA) and external partners.
  • Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architectures, and modern digital platforms.
