Marketing Communications Lead Position

We are seeking a senior marketing professional with a strong digital background to join our team as a marketing communications lead. This individual will possess significant experience working for enterprise organizations or at an agency providing services to clients in the technology, medical device, and financial services sectors.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, an eye for design, and the ability to work closely with creative teams to produce high-quality digital and traditional content. Additionally, they will collaborate with experiential, advertising, and PR departments to develop effective marketing campaigns.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication, project management, and teamwork skills. The role is full-time and in-person.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and proposals aligned with clients' objectives in collaboration with our account services team.
  2. Manage marketing communications projects from start to finish, encompassing website development, presentation creation, video production, event & tradeshow collateral, and email management.
  3. Coordinate with our creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  4. Prepare detailed proposals and statements of work.
  5. Develop and manage project briefs, timelines, budgets, and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or Communications; Master's degree preferred.
  2. 7+ years of post-education experience as a marketing manager in an enterprise technology, medical device, financial services company, or at an agency serving these organizations.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills; Monday.com experience beneficial.
