As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts to drive student placement and IELTS candidate qualified lead volume. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that successfully support the achievement of country student placement and IELTS goals.

About the Role

You will lead a team of marketers to ensure quality and successful execution of marketing activities. This includes managing and upskilling the team, day-to-day management of tasks, team development, and cohesion.

  • Develop and agree annual / quarterly / monthly marketing plans to support country student placement and IELTS goals.
  • Design and agree multi-channel marketing campaigns, including details of intended sources of leads, numbers of leads, and related activities.
  • Lead generation through various channels, including events, web marketing, and contact centre setup.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to increase business success in the country.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and track numbers of qualified leads generated vs. target.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience (minimum 5-7 years) in delivering high-quality marketing solutions with positive, measurable results.
  • Highly effective planning and organizing, managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Creative thinker and able to develop contemporary marketing content.
  • Highly effective relationship building and relationship management skills.
