Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture engineering, with a focus on construction and design.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of architectural designs and concepts from inception to completion. This will include creating and modifying architectural drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
">Key responsibilities will include collaborating with the design team to develop detailed layouts, blueprints, and 3D models, participating in site visits, surveys, and meetings to gather information and support project delivery, preparing presentation materials, including renderings, diagrams, and other visuals, coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure project alignment, and assisting in preparing project documentation, reports, and specifications.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering, at least 1-2 years of experience in construction and architecture, strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
