Executive Support Specialist

This role combines traditional executive support with business development responsibilities.

As a proactive and organized Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO in office operations and client coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to manage internal workflows while also helping generate new business opportunities through online platforms and client outreach.

This specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Coordinating client meetings, events, and presentations
  • Assisting with business development initiatives, such as researching new business opportunities and identifying potential clients

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
