Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Functional Consultant. The Senior Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and offering expertise in finance.

  • Implement and customize ERP solutions to meet client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for improving business efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, test, and deploy Odoo modules across various business functions (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc).
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and technical teams.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with Odoo implementation (Community or Enterprise).
  • Proficiency in Business Process and Consulting.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across domains.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client management.
  • Knowledge of Finance.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field is advantageous.
