Global Employee Records Management Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a global team in employee records management.

The Senior Manager, Global Employee Records will be responsible for managing employee records across the globe, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a multinational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the global process owner for employee digital and paper file records management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure timely fulfillment of file access requests.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to records management and retention policies.
  • Product owner for global employee documentation records, including digitization transformation.
  • Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity while handling employee records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in records management, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong understanding of records retention policies and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
