Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Implementation Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, review, and analysis of project activities, including formation and capacity building of Village Climate Adaptation Forums (VCAF) and provision of Emergency Response toolkits to VCAF.

The Programme Lead will develop a deep understanding of project documents, including construction drawings and specifications, as well as business processes and Disbursement Instruction Papers (DIPs). They will also maintain close coordination with Local Government Department and Public Health Engineering Department at the district level, building synergies with their programmes and seeking support for programme implementation.

The selected candidate will lead and supervise a field team, ensuring the quality of work in flood-affected districts areas of Mirpur Khas. They will also orientate and facilitate project staff about project activities, submit daily, weekly, and monthly updates, and organize, lead, and coordinate project implementation meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overall planning, implementation, review, and analysis of project activities.

  • Development of deep understanding of project documents.
