Key Account Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to lead our sales activities and drive business growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and executing promotional activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sales activities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop productive long-term relationships with key customers and act as the main contact for existing and new customers.
  • Create long-term strategies with clients and prepare volume forecasts in coordination with the brands team.
  • Closely cooperate with other departments involved with key accounts.
  • Develop plans to build-up weighted distribution in each region/city/town in coordination with Distributor's local management.
  • Develop in-store visibility plans in coordination with Brands team and local Distributor's management.
  • Initiate and develop annual marketing plans as per the strategy and guidelines set and agreed with direct management and regional marketing/brands team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven 10 years' experience in key account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with key accounts of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
