We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development team in Karachi. As a member of our Pursuits team, you will play a critical role in serving an account portfolio and driving relationship development across the Service Lines.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about business development and has excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the RFP pipeline, acting as the first point of contact for clients, and leveraging strategic pursuit tools and methodologies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in proposal submissions, risk management, and compliance. You will also have the chance to build relationships with clients and internal teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to multitask, maintain composure under pressure, and manage tight deadlines. You will also need to be proficient in basic Excel functions and have strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the RFP pipeline of direct invitations & public tenders across the account portfolio
  • Act as the first point of contact to answer questions in a timely manner from the Pursuit Team and the Client, redirecting to other internal teams as required, escalating as required.
  • Leverage and drive strategic pursuit tools and methodologies
  • Promote quality and effective risk management and compliance through consistent review of work deliverables and suggestions for improvement.
  • Provide insights on best practice proposal submissions and ensure compliance with the RFP requirements.
  • Build up an understanding of the strategic commercial methodology to optimize account margin for a winning proposal.
