Revenue Expansion Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join Motive's business development team as an Expansion Account Executive (AE), focusing on growing our largest revenue line, which serves SMB customers and generates significant revenue for the company.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record of success, be highly motivated, and have international exposure to US-customers and culture, continually refining your skillset.
Primary Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships and gain a deep understanding of each client's business to identify growth opportunities and expansion.
- Conduct thorough surveys to understand pain points within clients' businesses and align those needs with Motive's solution.
- Present Motive software and solutions to fleet managers or larger strategic customers.
- Collaborate with your account team to support and grow your customers.
- Apply problem-solving skills to address issues, think critically, and implement optimal solutions.
- Develop effective plans to achieve and surpass ongoing business objectives and revenue targets.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of our technology platform and operations.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and utilize consultative insights to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or extensive exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
- A proven track record of success with 3+ years of relevant or transferable work experience.
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and end-to-end ownership attitude.
- Ability to establish rapport with executive decision-makers, communicate key value propositions, and handle objections effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $180,000, depending on location and experience. A successful candidate will excel in a dynamic environment and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account development.
