Job Description: As a Tourism Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our tourism services to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and preferences, and to present our offerings in a way that meets their expectations.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Communication: Effective communication is crucial in this role. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening skills to understand customer needs.

  • Persuasion and Negotiation: You will need to be able to convince customers of the value of our tourism services and negotiate deals that benefit both parties.

  • Area Knowledge (Northern & Southern Pakistan): In-depth knowledge of tourism services being sold is essential for success in this role. You should be familiar with features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.

  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is vital. You should be empathetic and patient when interacting with customers, and have quick and effective problem-solving skills.

  • Adaptability: Adaptability is key in this role. You should be able to adjust your approach based on different customers and situations, and remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Time Management: Prioritizing leads and managing schedules efficiently is critical to success in this role. You should also follow up on prospects consistently.
