Safety and Security Lead

Job Overview:
The General Manager role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the security and safety of company assets and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the development and implementation of comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures across all regions and zones.
- Maintain and optimize the functionality of security equipment, including CCTV cameras, arms & ammunition, and wireless communication sets.
- Lead the patrol of premises and property, monitor surveillance systems, inspect assets, equipment, and access points to guarantee foolproof security.
- Conduct raids with the team on industrial, domestic, commercial, and bulk consumers to detect and prevent theft or unauthorized gas use.
- Develop and enforce policies to minimize gas theft by creating operational protocols for intelligence, prosecution, and operations.
- Implement strategies based on intelligence and analysis, coordinating with the Security Department to reduce gas theft and prosecute offenders.
- Perform inspections in response to vigilance reports, evidence, and intelligence reports.
- Ensure legal and corrective actions are taken following investigation reports, evidence, and witness testimony.
- Protect the organization's stability and reputation by adhering to legal requirements.
- Act as a liaison for matters involving government agencies.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is required. Preferably an ex-armed force officer with experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Age Limitation:
Should not exceed 57 years.
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Security Clearances:
Applicant must have necessary clearances and authorizations.
