This exciting role offers a chance to contribute to the success of our organization as a Senior People Operations Analyst.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve employee queries concerning reimbursements, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with service providers to gather and submit payroll data, meeting statutory filing requirements and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
  • Verify the accuracy of HRIS, payroll, benefits, external technology solutions, and internal employee records.
  • Provide ongoing support to employees throughout their employment lifecycle, ensuring they have access to relevant information and resources.
  • Offer guidance to employees and managers on People Team policies, procedures, systems, and tools.
  • Participate in initiatives celebrating employee milestones and anniversaries.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of automated solutions and standardized HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for key people processes and compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a People Operations role with a strong understanding of local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Preferred: Experience in managing People operations within a multinational or global organization.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and Report Writer.
  • A motivated, proactive, and organized individual who excels in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with JIRA system.
