Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms for our organization.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining excellent relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continuous supply and quality. You will also conduct thorough research and evaluation of prospective suppliers to identify new opportunities and improve procurement processes.

In addition, you will develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize stock levels and optimize storage capacity. Creating and managing cost control plans to maximize savings and reduce expenses will also be a key aspect of your role.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams, to drive business growth and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong negotiation and contract management expertise, as well as analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Additionally, you will need proven customer relationship management skills to deliver exceptional service and drive loyalty.
