About the Procurement Team

The procurement team plays a vital role in Afiniti's success by implementing effective procurement practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, optimize procurement strategies, and uncover cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather data for tender launches, including product specifications and expected consumption.
  • Negotiate discounts with suppliers for all purchases.
  • Provide user support for IT purchases such as laptops, printers, and network equipment.
  • Coordinate with end-users to resolve IT issues promptly.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders in coordination with sourcing specialists and managers.
  • Review and resolve daily correspondences.
  • Receive and review purchase requisitions, subject to necessary approvals.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal service.
  • Keep updated on market prices and maintain supplier records.
  • Visit suppliers to evaluate product offerings and quality, making recommendations for future requirements.
  • Participate in price negotiations and contract formation.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations.
