
Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated customer support professional to be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound interactions, respond to queries on various platforms, and ensure each customer receives a professional and helpful experience.
About the Role:
- This position involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and courteous manner.
- You will work closely with the marketing team to collect, organize, and report customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist the sales team by identifying and forwarding sales leads.
- Monitor and report on customer trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer feedback tools and CRM platforms.
- Prior experience working in a call center or customer-facing role is an asset.
