Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact between our restaurant and its customers. The CSR will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, manage online/phone interactions, and support marketing initiatives by ensuring a positive guest experience and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions within defined timelines.
  • Assist in managing reservations, delivery orders, and customer follow-ups with Front Hall Team.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team to improve service quality and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, loyalty programs, and promotions.
